In answer to Helen and Gourmet Chick - it is a basic knife skills book. A lot lower budget than the others on the market I have seen (this is reflected in the low price) It differs to the others as it comes from a Leiths teacher with Michelin star training, so hopefully the most informative and content rich angle.

It is very basic in places but this is balanced by the meat / fish sections (and indeed artichoke section) which tend to be intermediate to advanced skills.

I am delighted to say the book has not only sold out in the UK (being reprinted now) but it is being translated in French, German, Dutch and Italian, also being sold on ebay for £99!
