I introduced the culinarily curious chap to the Royal Academy's temporary dining room, 'Flash' [REVIEW] on Thursday. After lunch we met restaurateur David Waddington ('Bistroteque') and executive Chef, Tom Collins. Tom gleaned plentiful inspiration from a salivating West Coast tour, taking in 'Chez Panisse' and the 'French Laundry'...
